Scope of Symposium

This symposium will highlight current challenges and new concepts in the delivery of therapeutics including small molecular drugs, peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and cells, and mainly focus on cancer therapy. Topics will address biological barriers for delivery of therapeutics, and novel materials that are designed and developed to overcome these barriers. In addition, strategies for combinatorial drug delivery will be discussed to combat multidrug-resistant problems.

Manuscript Submission and Special Issue

Authors with accepted abstracts are encouraged to submit manuscripts for a special volume of Macromolecular Symposia.

Manuscripts can be submitted to the journal via Manuscript Central.The submission deadline is 4th October 2009. All manuscripts will go through the peer review process.

In addition to the Macromolecular Symposia volume, a Special Issue with selected top contributions (on invitation only) will be published in Macromolecular Rapid Communications. The guest-editors will inform the invited contributors about the submission procedures and deadlines.
