Reservation for Pan Pacific, Allson and Holiday Inn Atrium Hotels

To make your hotel reservation at the Pan Pacific Hotel or the Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel, simply download the booking forms posted in the table above. Please send completed form back to the hotel directly.
(Reservation are to be made directly with the hotel, as such please do not send the forms to the conference secretariat)

Note:

1. Please ensure that you have entered the correct check-in/out dates and credit card details before sending in your booking form.
2. We recommend that you make your reservation early.
3. The hotel will send you the confirmation of your reservation directly.
4. Please check the reservation confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it and contact the relevant hotel immediately if any of the information is incorrect or incomplete.

Terms and Conditions for Individual Guest:

• A non-refundable deposit of one-room night charge will be imposed on every successful confirmation booking.
• No-show or cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be subjected to a full cancellation charge of all room nites reserved.

• Official check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. For early check in, a full-day room rate will be levied. The hotel will accommodate late check-out till 14:00 hrs (2 pm), subject to room availability.
• Any changes to your reservation should be communicated directly to the respective hotels in writing.
