[ REGISTRATION FEE ]  

All payments quoted below are in US dollars (US$). Payments can be made either in US$ or equivalent Singapore dollars (S$). All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.
 
Regular Delegates: US$450 (before 1 October 2003)
US$550 (after 1 October 2003)
The registration fee includes:
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday, 7th December 2003
  • Daily coffee-breaks and lunches
  • Attendance to all technical sessions
  • Attendance to all public lectures
  • Conference material including program copy and book of abstracts
  • 1 copy of the Proceedings of any one symposium
  • Entry to exhibition
  • Membership for Materials Research Society (Singapore)
    (MRSS) from 8 December 2003 to 30 June 2005
 
Students*: US$300 (before 1 October 2003)
US$350 (after 1 October 2003)

* Students will receive the same entitlement as regular delegates. Those who wish to be registered under the student category should submit evidence to confirm their student status together with the conference registration form.
 
Accompanying Persons: US$150 (before 1 October 2003)
US$200 (after 1 October 2003)
The registration fee includes:
  • Welcome Reception on Sunday, 7th December 2003
  • Attendance to all public lectures
  • 3 half-day sightseeing tours inclusive of lunches
NOTE:
  • All delegates, unless otherwise specified, must register with full remittance.
  • The registration form must be completed and returned to the secretariat together with full payment either in the form of bank draft in US Dollars or equivalent Singapore dollars drawn on Singapore Banks.

  • Registration will not be confirmed until the requisite registration fee and documentation has been received.
  • Each participating registrant must use a separate form for registration. Photocopies of registration form can be made for additional delegates.
  • The Secretariat will accept faxed copies of registration forms with completed credit card information. By registering in advance, you will avoid delays at on-site registration and enjoy the advance registration discount.
  • Pre-Registration Deadline for telegraphic transfer and overseas bankdraft is November 10, 2003.

[ CANCELLATION ]

  
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations received before November 1, 2003 will result in a refund amount less an administrative charge of US$50. Cancellations received after November 1, 2003 will not result in a refund but the abstract book and a copy of the proceedings of any one symposium will be mailed.
