Abstract must
be written in English only
Type the abstract title in BOLD
using upper and lower case letters, and 10 point Arial or
similar (sans serif) font.
Begin a new line for authors
/ affiliations.
List all authors and then list
all affiliations. Use initials for first and middle names.
The presenting author's name should be underlined.
When more than one author is
listed, use superscript numbers to match authors and affiliations.
Affiliations should be listed
with city, state and country.
Do not include degrees, street
addresses or zip / postal codes in the listing of authors
and affiliations.
Begin a new line and give the
email address of the presenting author.
Type the body of the abstract
using 10 point Arial or similar (serif) font. The abstract
should be typed single-spaced with one line of space between
paragraphs.
The abstract narrative should
not exceed 300 words.
Do not indent paragraphs. The
text must fit in the space provided.
Use standard abbreviations and
symbols and define each abbreviation when it is used for the
first time.
Tables and graphs, either computer-generated
or neatly drawn in black ink, may be included if they fit
within the space provided.
The body text should be justified
at both ends.
Please note that the template
is only compatible with MS Office Word 97 and above.
Although all effort will be made
to accommodate your request on format of presentation, the
Organising Committee reserves the final decision on format
of presentation.
