The Materials Research Society of Singapore (MRS-S) is organizing the 9th MRS-S Conference on Advanced Materials (MRS-S AMC-9), also the inaugural virtual conference for MRS-S, to be held on 25-27 November 2020. This biennial series aims to bring together the materials community in Singapore for sharing and discourse across 5 different research themes.

As we move to a “new normal” amidst the COVID-19 climate and adapt to virtual conferences, we are making a few changes to the format of this series. For instance, this year we will welcome international speakers for all Keynote Talks. All other talks will remain by-invitation only for the Singapore community. We will also be shortening the event duration each day, to minimize our screen-bound time. Lastly, we will explore a revamped digital & multimedia poster session experience.
