Scope of Symposium
The symposium aims to cover latest R&D into advanced materials benefiting from the application of synchrotron radiation either for characterizing or for manufacturing such materials. Specific attention will be given to - Oxides (multiferroics) - Metamaterials and plasmonics (THz to visible) - Carbon related materials (graphene etc.) - Polymers (organic electronics, molecular electronics) - Clean energy related materials (catalysts, photovoltaics, Li batteries), however, without excluding any other material.
