1.0 Fees
1.1 Must be received in Singapore Dollars only.

1.4 Fees Exclude access to the conference banquet. A limited number of tickets are available for purchase and acceptance confirmation is subject to payment being received and places being available at the end of the registration period.
1.5 Student/Premier Sponsor Category
a) Student rate is applicable to Students from any university. Proof of student status will be required at the time of registration. See also point (c) below.
b) Premier Sponsor rate is applicable to Staff of the National University of Singapore and the Nanyang Technological University.
Registrants will be required to upload an electronic/ digital copy of the staff card at the time of registration.
c) Proof of student status can take the form of an official letter from the university or a student card, in English. At the very least, it should provide the following information:
1.4.1 Student Name
1.4.2 Student matriculation number (student ID with photograph)
1.4.3 Expiration date (*Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date)
1.4.4 University name
1.6 Membership ID must be provided at the time of registration if you select ANY Member Category.
1.7 Each paid fee entitles the payee to present up to TWO accepted abstracts maximum.
Presentation at Symposium MM and NN is strictly by invitation only. There will not be any contributed presentation.
1.8 Discounted Rate applies for fees received by 15 Apr, 2011 and Normal Rate applies for fees received by 19 May, 2011. If later than the given deadlines, current rates will apply and any amount owing to the conference will be recovered online or collected onsite upon check-in at the registration desks.
2.0 Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
2.1 Authors need register and pay by 19 May 2011 in order to have their abstracts included in the presentation schedule.
2.2 Abstracts that are not covered by any meeting registration will not be scheduled for presentation and cannot be included in the conference publications.
2.3 The maximum limit for each presenter/author or paid meeting registration is TWO Abstracts/Presentations maximum
2.4There will be no refund for "No-Show" registrants and the organizers will not entertain requests to mail out any conference publications and or materials to such individuals.
2.5 There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal notice received after 19 May 2011. For notice received before 19 May 2011, 70% refund of payment received.
